When you assist a buyer in acquisition of a new investment property, that buyer will often ask for you assistance in finding a quality property manager. We want to partner with you in provided quality management services that you and your client can rely on.

In business for for over 15 years, Armstrong Property Management specializes in providing quality full service management for residential properties in Utah County and Salt Lake County.  We pride ourselves in how we provide unparalleled communication and reporting and management value to property owners.    It takes a focused effort, and strict adherence to well defined processes, but we think the extra work is worth it.  We  treat properties like they were our own, and focus on the goal of maximizing revenue.  We never surprise an owner or tenant with a bill they are not expecting, have the lowest vacancy rates in the business (~3%).
We are committed to building relationships with quality agents.  We take special care to make sure that they stay satisfied with our service and get the best possible results from their investment.  That makes them more likely to use you the next time they are looking for a new investment.
Management Commission Sharing
In addition to providing quality service that you and your client can trust, we will pay a 20% commission of all management fees received in the first 12 months of a management contract.  If you wish, you can even transfer this benefit to your client as a thank you for their business.
Referring Future Sales Opportunities Back To You
And, our relationship with quality agents does not end at property acquisition.  When the property owner is ready to sell the property, we refer* them back to you.  Our policy is to never act as a selling agent for properties that were referred to us by agents.  We will continue to manage the property through the sales process and assist you and the owner in ensuring that the property is in prime showing condition in order to maximize resale value.
